5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated by you or Ivy Grows Studio LLC. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Ivy Grows Studio LLC if you fail to comply with any of these terms of use.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Instagram templates provided by The Template Shoppe are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ivy Grows Studio LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the templates or the information, content, materials, or products included on the templates.
